Responsible for building customer relationships and driving product sales of dental sleep solutions for ResMed in Canada. Work in partnership with Territory Managers for PAP to connect clinicians and dentists for referral networks. Manage dental lab partners under contract with ResMed. This individual is the dental channel expert for ResMed in Canada.


  • Use superb communication/presenting skills to educate customers/partners regarding the technical performance of ResMed products, the clinical benefits of treatment and importance of therapy compliance.
  • Initiate “first movers/testimonial” accounts and then plan and execute a significant growth curve. Follow early adopters with the early majority in transforming product adoption.   
  • Conduct product in-services to drive new users product adoption.
  • Strong relationship building skills required to partner dentists and physicians for the management of OSA in their patients.
  • Will maintain technical proficiency in all RMD solutions, especially Narval products.
  • Work with VP of Channel Development and Canada Region Manager to develop sales plan in targeting customers on a local, regional and national basis to set and achieve short term and long term goals.
  • Liaise with Canada Territory Managers to enhance visibility of dental solutions and field experiences ensuring shared goals are achieved. Attend and represent ResMed at relevant industry tradeshows and medical meetings.
  • Maintain database of dental customers and targets to coordinate selling resources across field and internal personnel.  
  • Provide input for needed marketing materials and promotions

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university and five years related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Prior experience in Canadian sales or business development of dental products or dental solutions required. 

  • Experienced sales professional with a successful track record of sales growth, top rankings and awards.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Must have passport and be able to travel domestically and abroad up to 60% of the time.
  • Budget time and resources effectively.
  • Motivated individual, with an emphasis on results.



Proficient in MS Word, Power Point, Excel and Adobe Acrobat. Proficient in navigating the Internet and ResWeb as needed.




Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.  Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.  Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees. Excellence in all forms of communication.


Bi-lingual in French/English is strongly preferred.
